死刑废止是法治发展的必然趋势,我国在逐步废除死刑方面已经取得了显著成效,但仍然存在很多缺憾,要求对刑法进行进一步改革。本文通过分析我国刑事法治现状提出一些建议,以期有益于刑事法治。
The abolition of the death penalty is an inevitable trend of the development of the rule of law. China has made remarkable achievements in gradually abolishing the death penalty. However, there are still many shortcomings that require further reform of the criminal law. This article puts forward some suggestions through analyzing the status quo of criminal law in our country, with a view to benefit the criminal law.
