隧道锚作为拱桥施工中的临时构造,其受力影响整桥的施工安全。文中结合某在建钢管砼拱桥,建立考虑围岩和隧道锚相互作用的数值计算模型,计算结果显示隧道锚砼的局部应力过大,提出根据计算结果联合现场情况,在关键位置布置应力传感器动态监测隧道锚的施工情况并及时反馈给施工单位,以避免安全事故,保证施工安全。
As a temporary structure in the construction of arch bridge, tunnel anchors affect the construction safety of the whole bridge. In this paper, a numerical model for considering the interaction between surrounding rock and tunnel anchor is established based on a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge under construction. The calculation results show that the local stress of the tunnel anchor concrete is too large. Based on the calculated results and the on-site situation, the stress sensor dynamic Monitoring tunnel anchor construction and timely feedback to the construction unit to avoid accidents and ensure construction safety.
