为了解决低成本战略带来的原料质量下降,炉渣流动性变差的问题,昆钢炼铁厂尝试了将原本由烧结矿带入的MgO转移到球团中加入,既满足了高炉造渣要求,又改善了烧结矿质量,同时球团矿产质量未受影响,生球爆裂温度还有所提高。但因所用原料中SiO2含量较高,球团加镁粉对延缓回转窑结圈的效果并不明显,对此,有待进一步研究。
