近日,中建八局和中国建筑股份有限公司组成的联合体顺利中标一汽一大众(青岛)华东生产基地配套PPP项目。项目总投资额63亿元,为即墨市首个、青岛市较早落地的PPP项目。该项目位于青岛即墨市,工程包括85万平方米的回迁安置区、19万平方米的职工公寓以及26条市政道路和1条高架桥,由中建八局四公司负责施工总承包,2016年初开工,2017年底竣工,建成后将成为青岛即墨市又一重大民生工程。
Recently, the consortium formed by China Construction Eighth Construction and China State Construction Co Ltd successfully won the bid for supporting PPP project of FAW-Volkswagen (Qingdao) East China Production Base. With a total investment of 6.3 billion yuan, it is the first PPP project in Jimo City and the earliest landing in Qingdao City. The project is located in Jimo, Qingdao. The project includes 850,000 square meters of relocation and resettlement area, 190,000 square meters of staff apartments and 26 municipal roads and 1 viaduct. The project is under construction general contracting by the 4th company of China Construction 8th Bureau and started construction in early 2016 , Which will be completed by the end of 2017. Upon completion, it will become another major livelihood project in Jimo City, Qingdao.
