用电导法测定了凤凰水仙1号与福鼎大白茶的 F_1代的抗寒性;用不连续性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法分析了上述杂交组合的酯酶同工酶。结果表明:F_1代个体间的抗寒性差异极显著。F_1代个体的酯酶同工酶变异广泛,但无杂种酶带和互补酶带;酯酶同工酶酶谱的区带Ⅰ是抗寒性强弱的标志区带;酯酶同工酶酶带数与抗寒性呈显著正相关。
The cold resistance of F_1 generation of Fenghuang Narcissus 1 and Fuding Dabaicha was determined by conductivity method. The esterase isozymes of the hybrid combinations were analyzed by discontinuous polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. The results showed that there were significant differences in the cold resistance among F1 generation. Esterase isoenzyme of F_1 generation varied widely, but no hybrid enzyme band and complementary enzyme band; Esterase isozyme zymogram band Ⅰ is a strong cold resistance zone; Esterase isozymes The number of bands was significantly and positively correlated with cold resistance.
