济南儿艺这八年:追着孩子跑得很累七拐八斜的经五纬八路、标示不显眼的木牌、有些陈旧的办公楼……这是记者第三次踏进济南市儿童剧院进行采访,相比两年前,济南儿艺的办公环境并没有太多改善。十几平米的房间,一张长条木质办公桌,几张椅子、几个马扎,陶瓷茶缸,五六包香烟……记者到达济南儿艺之时刚刚下午一点,儿艺主要创作人员已于四楼一间办公室开起剧本讨论会。虽是陋室,参与讨论会的却是济南艺术界甚至全国颇有名头的创作人员:中央戏剧学院导演系主任、话剧《孔子》导演丁如如,中国话剧最高奖“金狮奖”
