水资源的可持续发展决定着人类的生存条件及整个社会的发展方向,随着现代工业、农业和城市化进程的加快,对水资源的利用规模和程度越来越高,从而造成水污染、水资源浪费等问题的产生,经济的发展、社会的进步对水资源的利用带来了新的挑战,对水资源提出了可持续发展的新要求,如何满足水资源的可持续发展的需要,成为水资源利用的发展方向。是否有利于水资源的永续利用,是否有利于提高水资源的利用水平是衡量水资源可持续发展成败的标尺。本文分析了我国水资源利用的现状,阐述了水资源可持续发展的重要性,提出了水资源可持续发展的策略。
