5199是一抽穗期比一般早熟大麦品种早20d左右的特早熟六棱皮大麦,对4个杂交组合6个世代(F1、F2、B1、B2、P1、P2)的抽穗期挂牌观察分析结果表明,大麦的出苗至抽穗天数及有效积温至少受3对效应大小不同、且存在互作效应的主效基因控制,迟穗性对早穗性呈部分显性,基因累加效应起主导作用。5199的特早穗性受3对存在隐性上位性效应的隐性基因控制(e1e1为隐性上位性基因),与其它主要目标性状无明显的负向关联。
