我国建筑节能的发展已进入第四个阶段,即在目前节能65%基础上再节能30%,以达到节能75%的目标。文章选取了阜新地区的34幢典型居住建筑为计算模型,参考其他地区已颁布的建筑节能75%设计标准,通过计算、分析和研究得出了能够满足该节能设计目标的建筑围护结构传热系数限值的建议值和建筑物耗热量指标的建议值,为阜新地区居住建筑的节能设计提供参考。
China’s building energy efficiency has entered the fourth phase of development, which is based on the current 65% energy-saving 30%, in order to achieve the goal of saving 75%. In this paper, 34 typical residential buildings in Fuxin area are chosen as calculation models, and reference has been made to 75% design standards of building energy saving that have been promulgated in other regions. Through calculation, analysis and research, the heat transfer of building envelope structures that meet this energy saving design goal The recommended value of the coefficient limit and the recommended value of the building heat consumption index provide reference for the energy-saving design of residential buildings in Fuxin area.
