目的探讨1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇（1,5-AG）、果糖胺（FMN）和糖化血红蛋白（Hb Alc）联合检测糖尿病（DM）的临床意义。方法选取糖尿病患者75例为DM组,同期体检健康者80例为对照组（HCs组）。分别检测2组血清中1,5-AG、FMN和全血Hb Alc的水平变化。结果 DM组血清1,5-AG的水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）,血清FMN水平和全血Hb Alc水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。比较3种标志物在糖尿病诊断中的价值,1,5-AG敏感性最高（85.33%）,Hb Alc特异性最高（95.
