Objective: To observe the effect of weak laser irradiation on acute and chronic pain patients. Methods: A total of 215 patients with acute and chronic pain in emergency department between February 2015 and March 2016 were selected. The patients were treated with He-Ne weak laser with a wavelength of 660nm and an energy density of 4J / cm2. / Day, every 20min, 10 days for a course of treatment before treatment and 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment were assessed by visual analog scale pain changes in patients with pre-treatment and 8 weeks after treatment, the pain was poor Value evaluation of the curative effect (markedly effective: VAS difference> 6; effective: VAS difference> 3, ≦ 6; invalid: VAS difference ≦ 3). RESULTS: In all study cases, visual analogue scale scores before and after treatment showed that weak laser irradiation was effective in treating common acute and chronic pain in the clinic, including knee osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, humeral epicondylitis, acute lumbar sprain And other acute and chronic soft tissue injury for the weak laser irradiation better, and the effect of neurogenic pain is relatively poor; all patients after weak laser irradiation treatment, the total markedly effective in 87 cases, accounting for 40.47%, effective in 99 cases, accounting for 46.04%. The number of invalid cases was 29, accounting for 13.49%. The total effective rate was 86.51%. Conclusion: Weak laser irradiation treatment can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of acute and chronic pain patients, especially for soft tissue injury and poor efficacy for neuropathic pain.
