我场一385主斜井的2.4m~3计量漏斗,由4个1寸风动四通阀操纵控制,如图1所示。该阀阀体为铸铁,阀芯为铸铜,由于闷芯动作频繁使阀体与阀芯之间因磨损而间隙逐渐扩大,因此存在不少问题: ①间隙扩大后,风的泄漏增大,加大了能源的无用消耗;②风压降低,放矿闸门开启不灵活;③操作者受到正面风的刺击;④噪声增大;⑤阀体与阀芯需经常研磨,维修量大。针对以上问题,采取改进措施,如图2所
