目的:观察中西药保守治疗异位妊娠疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为中西药组33例。药用中药及氨甲蝶呤、米非司酮;对照组32例,药用氨甲蝶呤、米非司酮,治疗效果进行对比。结果:总有效率87.88%,对照组68.75%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西药保守治疗异位妊娠疗效显著。住院天数少,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To observe the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into 33 Chinese and western medicine groups. Medicinal herbs and methotrexate, mifepristone; control group of 32 cases, medicinal methotrexate, mifepristone, the treatment effect were compared. Results: The total effective rate 87.88%, control group 68.75%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The conservative treatment of Chinese and Western medicine ectopic pregnancy significant effect. Less days of hospitalization, fewer adverse reactions, it is worth to promote clinical use.
