船舶艉柱轴毂孔的镗削是轴系安装过程中的一道重要的工序,其质量直接影响到后续工序的进行和轴系的工作性能。目前,艉柱轴毂孔都是用镗孔机在船台上就地镗削的。极易出现较大的同轴度误差,给艉管的安装带来很大的困难。对有艉管的结构,部标准规定同轴度误差为0.10毫米,国外对无独立艉管的结构同轴度误差要求为0.02毫米/米。为了达到加工的要求,减少同轴度误差,目前工厂都是在镗杆中间再设一支承,以提高镗杆的刚性,减小其挠度。
