以板料成形非线性有限元分析软件eta/DYNAFORM为平台,建立了汽车前纵梁延伸件的热冲压模型。采用热力耦合的数值分析方法对前纵梁延伸件的热冲压过程进行数值模拟,得到了热冲压过程板料的温度分布图、板料厚度分布图和主应变分布图。通过对板料厚度、主应变以及板料某截面上点温度变化的分析,为获得超高强度零件的热冲压工艺设计提供了重要依据。
Taking the non-linear finite element analysis software eta / DYNAFORM as the platform, a hot stamping model of the automobile front side member extension was established. The thermo-coupled numerical analysis method was used to simulate the hot stamping process of the frontal-rail extension. The temperature distribution, sheet thickness distribution and main strain distribution of the sheet during hot stamping process were obtained. Through the analysis of the sheet thickness, the main strain and the change of spot temperature on a section of the sheet, it provides an important basis for the hot stamping process design of the ultra-high strength parts.
