本文报道一种以铕钆络合物 (Eu0 1Gd0 9) (TTA) 3 (TPPO) 2 为发光材料的新型有机电致发光器件 ,该器件工作在 77K至 30 0K间不同温度时 ,电致发光呈现不同的颜色 .研究分析表明 ,温度变色现象源于铕钆络合物配体三重态磷光强度对温度的依赖特性和铕钆络合物之间的能量转移 .本文研究了不同温度下 ,铕钆铬合物配体三重态的磷光强度及三价铕离子荧光强度随温度的变化特性 ,测定了铕钆络合物的荧光和磷光量子效率 .
In this paper, a novel organic electroluminescent device based on europium gadolinium complex (Eu0 1Gd0 9) (TTA) 3 (TPPO) 2 is reported. The device operates at different temperatures between 77K and 30OK. Showing different color.Research and analysis show that the phenomenon of temperature discoloration originates from the dependence of temperature on phosphorescence intensity of the triplet state of europium-gadolinium complex ligands and the energy transfer between europium-gadolinium complexes.In this paper, The phosphorescence intensity and the phosphorescence quantum efficiency of gadolinium-gadolinium complex were measured by the phosphorescence intensity of the triplet state of gadolinium complex ligand and the change of fluorescence intensity of trivalent europium ions with temperature.
