随着经济的迅猛发展,中国经济对资源的需求越来越大,对外石油依存度越来越高。在国外油气资源开发的实践操作过程中,我国石油企业的国际化经营状况仍存在很大的不足之处,与世界其他国家的大石油企业相比,我国石油企业无论是经验、手段和规模,还是市场、国家竞争力均处于下风。人才竞争是市场竞争的关键,也是重中之重,因此,中国石油企业要想不断提升自身的市场竞争力,就必须首先强化自身的国际化人才资源开发能力。为此,本文将对中国石油企业国际化人才培养进行研究分析,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
