取土耳其安卡拉收集到的锦熟黄杨Buxus sempervirens叶,用乙醇提取,提取液浓缩后加10%醋酸提取。将醋酸提取液在不同pH下再用氯仿提取。将在pH9时的氯仿提取部分在硅胶上层析,用氯仿-甲醇(80:20)洗脱,得半乳糖黄杨碱(galactobuxin)(1)。用酸水解得半乳糖和其甙元。此甙元经紫外、红外、和~1H核磁共振谱鉴定为4',5二羟基3,3',6,7-四甲氧基黄酮。从90:10的氯仿-甲醇洗脱部分得丁香酸甲酯(3,5二甲氧基-4羟基-苯甲酸甲酯)
The Buxus sempervirens leaves collected from Ankara, Turkey, were extracted with ethanol, and the extract was concentrated and extracted with 10% acetic acid. The acetic acid extract was extracted with chloroform at different pH. The chloroform extract fraction at pH 9 was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with chloroform-methanol (80:20) to give galactobuxin (1). With acid hydrolysis galactose and its aglycone.
