目的研究精液白细胞症对不育症患者精液质量的影响。方法采用联苯胺过氧化物酶染色技术和精子尾部低渗肿胀实验，分别检测６７例男性不育症患者精液白细胞和精子尾部肿胀率。结果３１例（４６％）为精液白细胞症患者（≥１０６／ｍｌ）。精液白细胞症患者精子活动率、活动力及精子尾部肿胀率显著低于精液白细胞正常组（＜１０６／ｍｌ），畸形率高于正常组。结论在男性不育症患者中精液白细胞症有较高发生率，且与低质量精液密切相关。
Objective To study the effect of semen leukocytosis on semen quality in infertile patients. Methods The benzidine peroxidase staining technique and sperm tail hypoosmotic swelling test were used to detect the swelling rate of sperm white blood cells and sperm tail in 67 male infertility patients. Results 31 patients (46%) were semen leukocytosis (≥106 / ml). Sperm motility, motility and sperm tail swelling rate were significantly lower in patients with semen leukocytosis than those in normal seminal leukocytes (<106 / ml). The rate of deformity was higher than that in normal subjects. Conclusion There is a high incidence of semen leukocytosis in male infertility patients, which is closely related to low quality semen.
