砷中毒主要是由砷的化合物引起的,其中最为常见的是三氧化二砷,其毒性也较大,当人口服0.01~0.05 g便可发生急性中毒,致死量为0.06~0.60 g[1]。中毒患者不但会有神经系统方面的损害外还会引起肝脏、胃肠道、心脏等多脏器的损害,尤其损害心脏是非常危险的,有的会引发心率失常,甚至是恶性心率失常,因此如何评估砷中毒心率失常的发生,并给予及时有效的控制对救治砷中毒患者意义重大。
