本,根本、本原。每个行进的生命有“本”,每个鲜活的管理实体亦有“本”。教育的本质是育人,学校教育的终极目的是促进师生生命的共同发展,这就是学校的“本”,校长管理的出发点及归宿理应指向这里,否则便是“本末倒置”;而实现师生生命最好发展的思想、理念、策略及措施,这便是校长的务本之“道”。怎样的教育才是适合学生的教育?应该为孩子打下怎样的素质基础才能让孩子更好地赢得未来?教师职业生命的唤醒与生命潜能的最大释放点在哪里?——校长务“本”,必须对这样的问题深入思考,将自己的教育理想与教育现实对接,认真规划学校的文化愿景、发展思路,营造和谐的管理文化,创造云淡风轻的管理境界,培育出独特的学校个性和精神。校长如何“务本”?学校现有的发展水平、教学环境、师资力量等各不相同,校长个人的教育追求、教育认识和个性风格不同,他们的“道”(策略、路径、方法等)也不尽相同,由此也造就出百花齐放、个性纷呈的学校图景。本期我们呈现了部分校长的观点和策略,目的不是提供“范式”,而是引起碰撞,启迪思维,用“他山之石”助推提升自己的管理水平与视界。

The ultimate goal of school education is to promote the common development of teachers and students’ life. This is the “school” of the school. The starting point and end result of school management should be pointed here, otherwise, they are “putting the cart before the horse” The ideas, ideas, strategies and measures for the best development of life are the “Tao” of the principals. What kind of education is suitable for students ’education? What kind of quality foundation should be laid for children to make their children better to win the future? The wake-up of teachers’ professional life and the biggest potential for life release? Where is the “principal” We must think deeply about such issues, connect our own educational ideals with the reality of education, carefully plan the school’s cultural vision, develop ideas, create a harmonious management culture, create a clear and light management atmosphere, cultivate a unique school personality and spirit. How do principals “workbooks”? The current development level, teaching environment, and teachers’ qualifications in schools vary from one school to another. The individual’s education pursuit, education awareness and personality style are different. Their “ways” (strategies, paths, methods, etc.) Is not the same, which also created a blossoming, colorful school picture. In this issue, we present the views and tactics of some principals. The aim is not to provide a “paradigm” but to create collision and enlightenment in thinking. We use the “stones of other mountains” to boost our management level and vision.
