目的:研究肿瘤体积和放疗剂量对于应用三维适形进行治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者预后的影响。方法:将我院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的95例应用三维适形进行治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,利用三维适形放射治疗计划系统以及CT扫描系统制作出相应的三个靶区,这三个靶区分别命名为GTV-T、GTV-P以及GTV-N,研究每个靶区肿瘤体积和放疗剂量对于应用三维适形进行治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者预后的影响。结果:GTV-T<100.00cm3的患者生存率明显的高于GTV-T>100.00cm3的患者,P<0.05,差异性显著,具有统计学意义。结论:利用三维适形放射治疗计划系统以及CT扫描系统勾画局部晚期非小细胞肺癌并适当加大放疗剂量有益于患者的预后,值得临床应用。
