由于融资渠道受限和自身的一些特殊性,融资难问题一直困扰着科技型小微企业。股权众筹的本质是天使投资,但是比传统天使投资更具优势,是适合科技型小微企业的互联网融资方式。股权众筹融资门槛低、速度快,并解决了科技型小微企业的信息不对称及融资成本高等问题。发展股权众筹融资,可以使我国多层次资本市场体系的功能更加完善。
Due to the limited financing channels and some particularities of their own, financing difficulties have plagued small and sci-tech enterprises.
