目的:探讨两种不同健康教育的方法对急诊观察室的患者进行健康宣教的效果,以提高患者满意度。方法:以南方医科大学珠江医院急诊科2015年5月至2016年3月急诊观察室的100例留观患者为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组和干预组各50例,分别采用两种不同的健康教育方法对患者进行健康宣教,比较两组患者出急诊观察室时的满意度。结果:干预组患者对疾病的知晓程度、满意度均明显高于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论:在急诊观察室采用系统、专业的健康宣教,能明显提高患者对自身疾病的掌握程度,增加依从性,从而进一步提高患者对护士、对医院的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of two different methods of health education on health mission of patients in emergency room to improve patient satisfaction. Methods: One hundred patients in the emergency room of Emergency Department of Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University from May 2015 to March 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and intervention group (50 cases each) Different kinds of health education methods were used to carry out health education on patients, and the satisfaction of emergency observation room was compared between the two groups. Results: The level of awareness and satisfaction of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using systematic and professional health education in the emergency observation room can significantly improve patients’ mastery of their own diseases and increase their compliance so as to further improve their satisfaction with nurses and hospitals.
