伴随着城乡一体化发展脚步的不断增快,农村教育教学质量也逐渐成为社会各界所关注的焦点话题之一,在此过程中,我们首先要关注的一个问题便是农村小学教师对教育工作的满意度,只有教师满意自己的工作,才会对教学工作充满热情和动力,教师的教学情绪才会高涨,才能够保证农村小学生接受到更加良好的教育。但是,当前农村小学教师对自己的工作状况以及待遇并不是很满意,很多的农村小学教师都在抱怨自己的工资低、福利待遇差等等,我们必须要高度重视这些问题,竭尽全力寻找各种有效方式来全面调动起农村小学教师参与教学工作的积极性和主动性。本文将就提高农村小学教师工作满意度这一问题进行深入的分析与思考。
