有限元分析法在脊柱生物力学中的研究进展

人体脊柱的解剖结构复杂,脊柱与周围神经和动脉等的位置十分接近,各个椎体之间应力的多变,韧带、肌肉连接的相互作用力的不同,为科研工作带来了巨大的挑战.基于有限元法的背景,归纳和整理了近几年有限元法在临床手术及力学分析等方面的研究进展,再结合研究进展探讨有限元法在脊柱生物力学应用中的不足.本文通过对近年来有限元在脊柱生物力学研究的文献进行回顾与展望,为临床医师的临床工作提供参考.
