本文介绍了微型计算机在棉纺厂细纱机单产耗电测试系统中的应用。该系统一次能同时对7台细纱机的单产耗电度数进行自动检测,通过自动切换装置能对全车间的细纱机轮流进行检测。本文对该系统的硬件和软件之间的配合关系作了较为深入的分析,为设计一个简单实用的工业生产检测系统提供了一个实例。
This article introduces the application of the microcomputer in the power consumption test system of the spinning frame of the spinning mill. The system can at the same time on the 7 sets of spinning machine power consumption per unit of production for automatic detection, through the automatic switching device to the whole workshop spinning test. In this paper, the relationship between the hardware and software of the system is analyzed in depth, providing an example for designing a simple and practical industrial production testing system.
