副臂是全地面起重机起吊作业的关键部件,副臂防后倾装置是保证塔式副臂安全的必要措施。本研究通过建立塔式副臂防后倾动力学仿真模型,结合AMESim软件与ADAMS软件建立塔臂防后倾联合仿真系统,对比分析了三种防后倾液压系统。基于仿真,得到了所选防后倾装置的动态力学性能以及相关数据,为塔臂的安全、稳定与可靠提供了基本方法与技术。
The jib is a key component of the lifting operation of the all-terrain crane, and the jib anti-dumping device is a necessary measure to ensure the safety of the jib. In this study, by building tower jib anti-dumping dynamic simulation model, combined with AMESim software and ADAMS software to establish tower arm anti-dumping joint simulation system, comparative analysis of the three anti-dumping hydraulic system. Based on the simulation, the dynamic mechanical properties and related data of the selected anti-dumping device are obtained, which provides the basic methods and techniques for the safety, stability and reliability of the tower arm.
