外胚叶间叶瘤(Ectomesenchymoma)世界文献中仅有10余例。本例系国内首次报道。病例报告患者男,11岁。囚阵发头痛2年、近月加重、伴剧烈呕吐入院。临床诊断为左额颞顶叶肿瘤。行开颅术,沿两支侧裂血管间切开脑皮质,暴露肿瘤。瘤体6×6×6cm,与周围脑组织无分界。瘤组织柔韧不均,呈鱼肉状,灰白色及粉红色,有出血坏死。有多个囊腔,内为黄色清液。术后良好,
Ectomesenchymoma world literature only more than 10 cases. This case is the first report in China. Case report Patient male, 11 years old. Prosthetic hair headache 2 years, increased in recent months, accompanied by severe vomiting admitted to hospital. Clinical diagnosis of the left frontotemporal parietal tumors. Line craniotomy, along the two lateral fissure between the cut open cerebral cortex, exposing the tumor. Tumor 6 × 6 × 6cm, no boundaries with the surrounding brain tissue. Tumor tissue uneven, was fish-shaped, gray and pink, bleeding and necrosis. There are multiple cysts, within the yellow serum. Good after surgery
