新课程培训后,用业余时间认真研读了《日语课程标准》,《日语课程标准解读》和《日语课程标准研修》,对国家基础教育课程改革有了深刻认识。首先,触动最大的就是教育观念的转变。教育的本质是引导,而不是讲和练,教育要求关注每一个学生的发展,教育目标由原来注重知识的传授而强调让学生形成积极主动的学习态度,使其获得基础知识与基本技能的过程,同时成为学生学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程。其次,对教师的教学行为和学生的学习方式有了新的认识。在新课程改革中,教师的教学行为与传统的截然不同:教师教学要以人为本,呼唤人的主体精神,教学的重点要由“重传授”向“重发展”转变。

Second, new understanding has been given to teachers ’teaching behavior and students’ learning styles. In the new curriculum reform, the teacher’s teaching behavior is totally different from the tradition: teacher teaching should be people-oriented, and call for the subjective spirit of the individual. The emphasis of teaching should be changed from “re-teaching” to “re-developing”.
