目的对鲁甸地震灾区疫苗可预防疾病(Vaccine Preventable Diseases,VPD)进行风险评估,用麻疹-流行性腮腺炎(流腮)-风疹联合减毒活疫苗(Measles,Mumps and Rubella Combined Attenuated Live Vaccine;MMR)和灭活甲型肝炎(甲肝)病毒疫苗(Inactivated Hepatitis A Virus Vaccine,Hep A-I)实施群体性预防接种并进行评估。方法结合历年来VPD流行病学数据和灾区现状,对VPD进行风险评估,对报告和现场调查的接种数据进行分析。结果鲁甸地震灾区流腮、麻疹、甲肝流行风险级别较高;在灾区1~14岁儿童进行MMR和Hep A-I群体性预防接种;应种人数为33 902人,报告MMR实种33 018人,报告接种率为97.39%;报告Hep A-I实种33 047人,接种率为97.48%。对365名应种对象进行调查,其中356名均在本次群体性预防接种中接种了MMR和Hep A-I,快速评估接种率均为97.53%。结论鲁甸地震灾区MMR和Hep A-I群体性预防接种达到预期效果。
Objective To assess the risk of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) in the disaster area of Ludian by using Measles, Mumps and Rubella Combined Attenuated Live Vaccine (MMR) MMR) and Inactivated Hepatitis A Virus Vaccine (Hep AI). Methods According to the epidemiological data of VPD and the status quo of the affected areas over the years, the risk assessment of VPD was carried out and the inoculation data of the report and field survey were analyzed. Results The epidemic risks of mumps, measles and hepatitis A were higher in Ludian earthquake-stricken areas. MMR and Hep AI groups were vaccinated in affected areas from 1 to 14 years old. The number of seedlings was 33 902 and 33 018 MMR were reported. The reported vaccination rate was 97.39%. 33 047 Hep AI cases were reported with the vaccination rate of 97.48%. 365 respondents were investigated, of which 356 were vaccinated in this group vaccination MMR and Hep A-I, the rapid assessment of vaccination rates were 97.53%. Conclusion MMR and Hep A-I group vaccination in Ludian earthquake-stricken area achieved the expected results.
