(问)我厂有一批Φ300毫米的圆钢需要锯断,现有的G72弓锯床最大为Φ220毫米,能否对G72号锯床改装一下来完成这项任务?(增林问) [答]我们也遇到过这种情况,是这样解决的。对弓锯床偏心盘的偏心距由e=76毫米改为e=44毫米,已成功地据削了φ295毫米的圆钢。如图所示,在锯圆钢时,必须满足下列条件:l-φ≥ 2e,否则圆钢就要和锯条端部的固定卡相碰,锯条的长度为395毫来,l-φ=395-300=95,而2e=76×2=152,显然圆钢将和锯条端部的固定卡相碰,现在将偏心距改为44,则2e=88<95,即每边还有3-4毫米的余量,只要工件装
