为检测皮棉中的异性杂质,研究了白光成像和紫外激发荧光成像的相互作用关系,提出一种白光/荧光交替成像检测方法。利用双光源最优时序控制技术,在时间上避免了白光对荧光成像的光谱干扰;利用信息融合技术,同时提取白光成像和荧光成像均在最优检测状态下的异性杂质信息。试验结果表明:该方法综合了白光成像和荧光成像的优点,能有效检测出皮棉中的有色和白色杂质。
In order to detect the heterosexual impurities in lint, the interaction between white light imaging and UV-excited fluorescence imaging was studied, and a white light / fluorescence alternate imaging method was proposed. By using the optimal timing control technology of dual light source, the spectral interference of white light to fluorescence imaging can be avoided in time, and the information of heterosexual impurities in white light imaging and fluorescence imaging at the optimal detection state can be simultaneously extracted by the information fusion technology. The experimental results show that the method combines the advantages of white light imaging and fluorescence imaging and can effectively detect the colored and white impurities in lint.
