对犬和大鼠的喉、甲状腺和上段气管的血供来源与静脉回流途径进行解剖观察,测量与喉移植有关血管的管径和长度,同时与6例人尸体相应的喉血管进行了比较分析。并在维持喉、气管上段和甲状腺血供的前提下,设计了实验动物喉移植的血管吻合术式。此外从比较解剖学的角度对颈总动脉上段的解剖及其分支血管的显示方法、吻合血管的选择、低温灌洗的途径和人体实验时喉移植模式的设想等进行讨论。
The blood supply and venous return pathways of the larynx, thyroid and upper trachea of dogs and rats were dissected and observed. The diameter and length of blood vessels related to laryngeal transplantation were measured, and the laryngeal vessels corresponding to 6 human cadavers were compared and analyzed . And in the maintenance of the throat, upper trachea and thyroid blood supply under the premise of the design of experimental animal laryngeal vascular anastomosis. In addition, the anatomy of the upper common carotid artery, the display of its branch vessels, the anastomosis of blood vessels, the way of low temperature lavage and the assumption of laryngeal transplantation in human experiment are discussed from the perspective of comparative anatomy.
