目的 探讨甲状腺癌中 EGF、 TGFα、 EGFR、 bcl- 2和 P5 3基因产物表达意义。方法 应用 SP免疫组化方法检测 81例甲状腺癌中该 5项指标的蛋白表达 ,并与甲状腺腺瘤和癌旁正常甲状腺相比较。结果 ( 1)甲状腺癌中TGFα、EGFR和 P5 3阳性率分别为 6 3.0 %、 5 5 .6 %和 32 .1% ,均显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;bcl- 2阳性率在癌组为46 .9% ,腺瘤组为 5 5 .0 % ,二组无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但均明显高于正常组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;EGF在各类甲状腺组织中极少表达。 ( 2 ) TGFα和 EGFR表达与甲状腺癌临床病理特征无显著相关 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,bcl- 2和 P5 3表达则与之有密切关系 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 ( 3) TGFα和 EGFR表达呈正相关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;bcl- 2和 P5 3表达则无明显关系。结论 在甲状腺癌发生发展过程中 ,TGFα/ EGFR自分泌系统起着重要作用 ,EGF可能作用较弱 ;bcl- 2和 P5 3基因均参与抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,并与甲状腺癌某些生物学特性密切相关
Objective To investigate the expression of EGF, TGFα, EGFR, bcl-2 and P53 gene in thyroid cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the protein expression of the five indexes in 81 cases of thyroid carcinoma and compared with thyroid adenoma and adjacent normal thyroid gland. Results (1) The positive rates of TGFα, EGFR and P53 in thyroid cancer were respectively 6 3.0%, 5.56% and 32.1%, which were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01); bcl-2 The positive rate was 46.9% in the cancer group and 55.0% in the adenoma group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but both were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.05) EGF is rarely expressed in various thyroid tissues. (2) There was no significant correlation between the expression of TGFα and EGFR and the clinicopathological features of thyroid carcinoma (P> 0.05). The expressions of bcl-2 and P53 were closely related to them (P <0.05). (3) There was a positive correlation between the expression of TGFα and EGFR (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of bcl-2 and P53. CONCLUSION: TGFα / EGFR plays an important role in autocrine system during the development of thyroid carcinoma. EGF may play a weak role. Both bcl-2 and P5 3 genes are involved in the inhibition of tumor cell apoptosis and are associated with some biological characteristics of thyroid carcinoma closely related
