Physics is an experiment-based discipline. There are demonstration experiments and student group experiments in physics textbooks, and small experiments are arranged in each chapter. Through these small experiments, students’ intelligence can be developed, students’ interest can be stimulated, and students’ observation ability and practical hands-on skills can be cultivated. The role of small experiments in regulating the teaching of physics is in line with the principles of teacher-led, student-centered, thinking-centered, training-based, adjustment-critical, and ability-based.
