目的 运用计算机图像分析方法研究正常冈上肌腱胶原分布的规律 ,以探讨胶原分布与冈上肌腱撕裂之间的联系 .方法 运用组织化学及免疫组织化学方法染色获得的正常冈上肌腱切片标本 ,分为 2组 ,即 :距冈上肌腱止点 1cm处为一组 (A组 ) ,2 cm处为另一组 (B组 ) ;并用计算机图像分析系统检测肌腱横截面上胶原所占面积百分比 ,所得数据用Spss8.0作统计学处理 .结果 Masson三重染色的切片中 ,A组胶原所占横截面积百分比小于 B组 ;A组 , 型胶原抗原阳性表达 (以胶原所占横截面积百分比表示 )分别少于 B组 , 型胶原之表达 ;同部位 型胶原抗原阳性表达高于 型胶原之表达 .结论 正常冈上肌腱近止点处乏血管区胶原分布相对含量低于其非乏血管区 ;此种胶原分布的差异性可能是冈上肌腱撕裂易发生于其止点附近的一个内在因素
Objective To study the distribution of collagen in the supraspinatus tendon using computer image analysis to explore the relationship between collagen distribution and supraspinatus tendon rupture.Methods Normal supraspinatus tendon biopsies were stained with histochemical and immunohistochemical methods, Divided into two groups, namely: from the supraspinatus tendon just 1cm at a group (A group), at 2 cm at another group (B group); and computer image analysis system to detect the tendon cross section of collagen area percentage , The data were statistically treated with Spss8.0 Results Masson triple staining sections, the percentage of cross-sectional area of collagen A group was less than that of group B; A group, type collagen antigen positive expression (in terms of collagen cross-sectional area percentage ) Were less than those in group B and type collagen respectively.The positive expression of the same type collagen antigen was higher than that in type collagen.Conclusion The relative content of collagen in the ischemic area near the supraspinatus tendon is lower than that in the non-vascular area ; The difference in collagen distribution may be an inherent factor in the prone supination of supraspinatus tendon rupture
