通过对２８５例结节性甲状肿患者手术治疗，证实了“病理外科间隙”的存在。体会到由此间隙内对腺肿一次钳夹切除操作简便，手术时间短，出血少，有利于防止周围血神经及甲状旁腺等损伤。
结节性甲状腺肿切除术包囊间隙入路术式的应用
