家族公司作为一种企业组织形态,是我国经济的重要组成部分。但据统计,我国家族公司的平均寿命只有2—3年,仅为国外家族公司平均寿命的10%,这种“短命”现象与其治理中存在的问题有必然的关系。本文根据企业生命周期三阶段理论,结合家族公司的主要特点,分析其生命周期各个阶段在治理方面存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出初步的对策建议。
As a kind of enterprise organization, a family company is an important part of our economy. However, according to statistics, the average life expectancy of family-owned companies in our country is only 2-3 years, only 10% of the average life expectancy of foreign family-owned companies. This “short-lived” phenomenon is necessarily related to the existing problems in its governance. According to the three-stage theory of enterprise life cycle and the main characteristics of family-owned companies, this paper analyzes the main problems in the governance of each stage of its life cycle and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to these problems.
