学生干部在学校思想政治教育、教学管理中发挥着重要的作用,建设高素质的学生干部队伍关系到高等职业教育培养目标的实现。本文结合项目管理的理念探讨如何进行高职院校学生干部团队建设。
Student cadres play an important role in ideological and political education and teaching management in schools. Building a contingent of high-quality student cadres is of great importance to the attainment of the goal of higher vocational education. In this paper, the concept of project management to explore how to carry out the construction of student cadre team in higher vocational colleges.
