对马尿酸偶氮氯膦是武汉大学合成的新的稀土显色剂。该试剂已应用于土壤中稀土总量的测定。我们经实验发现,它还可作测定锆的良好显色剂。由于它与锆在高酸度条件下生成稳定的有色配合物,故常见阴、阳离子都有一定的允许量。同时,我们利用导数分光光度法能检出重叠吸收带,可排除背景干扰进行定量测量等,消除了部分干扰(如钯的影响),从而扩大了对马尿酸偶氮氯膦的应用范围。我们拟定了直接测定银钯合金中微量锆的快速导数分光光度法,且已获得比较满意的结果。同样显示出了导数分光光度法在有色金属合金分析中应用的潜力。
The hippuramine chlorophosphonates is a new rare earth color reagent synthesized by Wuhan University. The reagent has been applied to the determination of total rare earth in soil. We have found that it can also be used as a good reagent for the determination of zirconium. Because of its high acidity with zirconium in the formation of stable colored complex, it is common to have a certain amount of anion, cation. At the same time, we can use derivative spectrophotometry to detect overlapping absorption bands, eliminate background interference and eliminate some interferences (such as the influence of palladium), thereby expanding the application scope of chlorophosphoryl azuptorate. We have developed a rapid derivative spectrophotometric method for the direct determination of trace amounts of zirconium in silver-palladium alloys and have yielded satisfactory results. It also shows the potential of derivative spectrophotometry for non-ferrous alloy analysis.
