环孢素(CsA.又称环孢素A),是从真菌中提取出来的一种具有划时代意义的免疫抑制剂。1976年首次发现并报告它具有免疫抑制作用;同年,在动物器官移植方面取得了令人惊喜的成果,并于1978年成功试用于临床肾脏移植和骨髓移植。CsA的出现对器官移植的发展产生了巨大的推动作用,故在器官移植界享有“环孢素时代”的美誉。CsA在临床上除了用于器官移植中抗移植排异反应,也用于治疗自身免疫性疾病(如红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎、干燥综合征等)和难治性肾病综合征,并取得了良好疗效。请详阅第7版《专家访谈》。
Cyclosporine (CsA. Also known as cyclosporin A), is extracted from the fungus epoch-making an immunosuppressive agent. It was first discovered and reported in 1976 as having immunosuppressive effects; in the same year, it achieved surprising results in animal organ transplantation and was successfully tested in clinical renal transplantation and bone marrow transplantation in 1978. The emergence of CsA has played a huge role in promoting the development of organ transplantation, so it enjoys the reputation of “cyclosporine era” in organ transplantation. In addition to the clinical use of CsA for anti-transplant rejection in organ transplantation, it is also used to treat autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, and refractory nephrotic syndrome and to obtain A good effect.
