机械通气是抢救重症支气管哮喘的重要措施之一,通气过程中加用少量PEEP的观点也逐渐为大家所接受,但加用多大的PEEP才较为理想,人们看法不一.为此,我们通过对14例重症支气管哮喘病人行机械通气治疗,观察了应用不同水平PEEP的疗效,报告如下.
