小说是一门处理“正在怎样生活”与“应该怎样生活”关系问题的艺术。当小说家将故事呈现给读者的时候,我们可以或明或暗地窥察到作者的道德秩序、伦理选择和价值世界。虽有模糊与清晰之别,但一切小说都无法回避道德与伦理问题,都包含着创作主体或隐或现的道德态度和伦理定位。1这是因为,“当给予人类活动以形式来创造一部艺术作品时,创造的形式绝不可能与人类意义相分离,包括道德判断,只要有人活动,它就隐含在其中。”2只要有人生存,就不可避
Fiction is the art of dealing with the question of how life is living and how life should be. When the novelist presents the story to the reader, we can observe the author’s moral order, the ethical choice, and the value world either explicitly or implicitly.
