教师的专业教学能力直接影响到教育质量和教学效果。小学阶段是学生学习的开始,对学生今后发展会产生深远的影响。小学语文课程是一门基础性科学,具有文学性和工具性。小学语文教师的教学能力的高低对学生今后语文学习和发展会产生深远影响。在全新的教育理念下,小学语文教师要加强自身教学能力培养,不断提要小学生学习语文的兴趣和积极性,增强学生学习的效果,保证小学生在有限的时间里学习到更多的专业知识,最终促进学生更好的发展和进步。本文主要结合实际情况,就新课程改革理念下,小学语文教师教学能力提升的对策进行了分析,希望通过本次研究对同行有所助益。
Teachers’ professional teaching ability directly affects the quality of education and teaching effectiveness. Primary stage is the beginning of student learning, which will exert far-reaching influence on students’ future development. Primary Chinese course is a basic science, literary and instrumental. The level of teaching ability of primary language teachers has a far-reaching impact on students’ future language learning and development. Under the new concept of education, primary language teachers should enhance their ability to cultivate their teaching abilities, constantly mention the interest and enthusiasm of primary school pupils in language learning, and enhance their learning effectiveness so as to ensure that pupils learn more professional knowledge within a limited time and eventually promote Students develop better and progress better. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of primary language teachers under the concept of new curriculum reform.
