最近,碰到这样一件事:某女工回原籍休产假,期满回厂持难产住院药费单据140余元,向财务科报销(药费单据分别经车间主任、卫生科长批示:“情况属实,同意报销”)。这张手续齐备的单据,却被该厂财务科经办人员卡住,不顾报销人的谩骂吵闹,由财务科长亲自去离厂300里地区调查,问题得到解决:某女工根本没住院治病,药费单据是通过关系搞到的。值得提出的是: 一、某女工没有住院治疗,竟能开出药费报销单,可见这个医疗单位票证单据管理工作的混乱程度。二、车间主任,卫生科长对一张可疑的药费报销单既不调查,又不作任何分析,随意批签。不难看出,某些领导对党、对人民不负责任,用人民交给他们的权力来损害人民的利益。
