对现有螺栓组计算方法进行分析后 ,发现现有计算方法在计算螺栓组的最大载荷时 ,结果相差较大 螺栓组受载后 ,结合面产生弯曲变形 ,合力偏离几何中心 若仍按合力通过几何中心计算 ,结果偏不安全 ;若按变形协调条件找出最大受力螺栓 ,以此作为计算强度的依据 ,又过于安全 针对上述情况 ,提出了两种适用于不同场合的螺栓组计算方法
After analyzing the calculation method of the existing bolt group, it is found that the existing calculation method has large difference in the calculation of the maximum load of the bolt group, and the bending deformation occurs on the joint surface after the bolt group is loaded. If the resultant force deviates from the geometric center, Geometric center calculation, the result is not safe; if the deformation under the coordination of the conditions to find the maximum force bolt, as the basis for calculating the intensity, but also too safe for the above situation, proposed two suitable for different occasions bolt group calculation method
