人才在经济社会发展中起着战略性、基础性和决定性作用。对广西北部湾经济区进行SWOT分析是制定该经济区人才开发战略的基础,使制定的战略更贴近实际,更具有可操作性。当前,北部湾经济区人力资源开发战略重点应转向人才国际化、开发机制一体化、服务体系多元化、人才层次高定位化。
Talent plays a strategic, fundamental and decisive role in economic and social development. The SWOT analysis of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the basis for formulating talent development strategy in this economic zone, making the strategy more practical and practical. At present, the strategic focus of human resource development in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone should be shifted to the internationalization of talents, the integration of development mechanisms, the diversification of service systems, and the high-level orientation of qualified personnel.
