面对高中新课程的推进,学生的成长与发展成为基础教育关注的热点话题,学生的自身发展呼唤着情感教育。苏霍姆林斯基曾说过,没有一条富有诗意的、感情的和审美的清泉,就不可能有学生的全面的智力发展。情感是认知发生的背景动力,对认知的发生指向起着发动和导向作用;情感还是认知发生的即时动力,对认知发生、发展起推动和整合作用。因此,情感沟通艺术是实施新课改、建立开放性课堂的不可缺少的一种教育资源。近几年来,我们在新课改的推进中,注重寻找教育契机,讲究情感沟通艺术,建立起团结、民主、合作、平等的师生人际关系,让学生形成了友善合作的个性和积极进取的心理品质,丰富了学生成长和发展的精神家园。
Faced with the advancement of new high school curriculum, the growth and development of students has become a hot topic in basic education. Students’ own development calls for emotional education. Sukhomlinski once said that without a poetic, emotional, and aesthetic spring, there can be no comprehensive intellectual development of students. Emotion is the background power of cognition, and it plays a leading and guiding role in cognition. Emotion is also the immediate motive force of cognition, which promotes and integrates cognition. Therefore, the art of emotional communication is an indispensable educational resource for implementing new curriculum reforms and establishing open classrooms. In recent years, during the promotion of the new curriculum reform, we have focused on finding educational opportunities, emphasizing the art of emotional communication, and establishing a solidarity, democracy, cooperation, equality of teacher-student interpersonal relationships, allowing students to form a friendly and cooperative personality and aggressiveness. Psychological quality has enriched the spiritual home of students’ growth and development.
