对侧吹烟化炉中处理锌系统沉铁渣时粉煤用量、Fe_2O_3/SiO_2比、CaO/SiO_2比、反应温度、反应时间对熔炼过程的影响进行了研究,确定了最优工艺技术参数。结果表明,在m粉煤/m渣样=1/2.8,CaO/SiO_2=0.75,Fe_2O_3/SiO_2>1,烟化温度1250℃,烟化时间1 h条件下获得铅锌挥发率均大于96%。
The effects of the amount of pulverized coal, the ratio of Fe 2 O 3 / SiO 2, the ratio of CaO / SiO 2, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the smelting process were studied during the treatment of the galvanized iron slag in the side-blown fuming furnace, and the optimum technological parameters were determined. The results showed that the volatilization rates of lead and zinc were both higher than 96% under the conditions of m coal / m slag = 1 / 2.8, CaO / SiO_2 = 0.75, Fe 2 O 3 / SiO 2> 1, fuming temperature 1250 ℃ and smoke time 1 h. .
